MISS GLOBAL CANADA 2025
Jacklynn Bowdery
Jacklynn is a 22 year old Canadian-born Filipina pursuing studies at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) with a focus on sustainability in the fashion industry. Her academic interests stem from a longstanding passion for modeling and fashion, which has evolved into a commitment to environmentally responsible design and production practices. Through her education, she seeks to contribute to reducing the fashion industry’s carbon footprint and promoting sustainable approaches that support long-term environmental stewardship.
Her journey in pageantry began at a tender age of 14 years old following in her older sisters footsteps. Pageantry has helped her develop her confidence and public speaking abilities and more importantly helped her to create her advocacy platform – I’m Always First Project @imalwaysfirst. This is a platform created for young girls to feel safe and secure, to be themselves and to express how they truly feel. Though storytelling and a supportive environment, these young women become empowered with the confidence and inner strength to overcome the hardships they have endured, always remembering to put themselves first.
Jacklynn is humbled and honored to be crowned Miss Global Canada 2025. She is looking forward to representing Canada in Thailand.
